Shipping and Delivery queries

When submitting your question(s) please be as descriptive and clear as possible, this will assist BuyCycle.co.za too respond with the most comprehensive answer. Please allow 24 hours for reply via email.

Typical topics handled are:

  • Tracking number inquiries (RAM Couriers 012 687 9200)
  • Change of delivery address
  • General shipping status queries
  • Order consolidation requests (adding a item(s) to a current Order)
  • Report damaged goods (please remember to Insure your Order)

Delivery/Shipping

  • Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that your order is ready for collection/delivery as soon as possible, please allow from 3 & up to 10 working days from order confirmation (after receiving a "Processed" email).
  • BuyCycle.co.za rely on other local importers, shipping agencies and delivery agencies for the distribution of our products and cannot be held responsible for late delivery for reasons beyond our control.
  • BuyCycle.co.za ships from various warehouses located around SA. So you may receive numerous deliveries, per Order (depending on the items ordered).
  • We cannot deliver to PO Box numbers so please ensure that your address details are correct (fiscal day time, 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri address).
  • You will be provided with a tracking number upon dispatch of your order (when receiving a "Shipped" email) to enable you to track your parcel(s). 
  • BuyCycle.co.za clients can track their order by contacting RAM Courier (012) 687 9200. Should your parcel, however, not arrive within the specified 8 working days please contact BuyCycle.co.za.directly.

Delivery to areas outside South Africa will be handled on a case by case basis and no guarantee can be given that an order will arrive within 10 working days.
