Exchange Request Form

If you're not satisfied with an item(s) you've purchased from BuyCycle.co.za & would like too exchange it for a different size, color or model. Please complete the form below & Martin (martin@buycycle.co.za) will contact you shortly to arrange a pickup of the item to be exchanged. BuyCycle.co.za will provide the client with the same or similar priced item(s), or have the item(s) placed on "Back Order" until in stock. BuyCycle.co.za will provide the client with a Gift Voucher to the value of the item(s), if the client is not satisfied with the previous options. (BuyCycle.co.za reserves the right, to decide on refunding a client.)

• Please note that there is a "Exchange Fee" applicable, to cover the courier costs (collection & delivery included).
• These costs may vary depending on the size of the item being returned for Exchange (wheelsets, groupset, etc.).
• Please note that any item(s) returned for "exchange" which gets lost, stolen or damaged via couriering, will be for the client's account. Make sure to mark the "Insurance Option" on the courier Waybill, when returning the item to BuyCycle.co.za
