SRAM Force GXP Chainset
Competition-focused technology for the serious set, wherelight weight, strength, and durability come together. The SRAM Force crankset is offered in a BB30 option and, Sram's Force GXP Chainset is an all-carbon construction with carbon arms built on an aluminium spline, along with a carbon spider to further reduce weight. The Force crankset has an integrated BB spindle similar to Shimano's Hollowtech II system to provide you with optimum drivetrain stiffness. 

The Sram GXP bearing system however varies from the Shimano system, unlike Shimano's Hollowtech II BB system, the GXP bearings aren't pre-loaded. This reduces the amount of drag associated with a preloaded system. Since GXP bearings aren't pre-loaded, all you'll need to do is ride a few hundred miles to break in the bearing seals, and suddenly your SRAM BB will spin extremely freely.

The Force cranks are fitted with PowerGlide rings which are built with SRAM's "TNT" hard-anodized finish. This anodising and the specifically designed gates and ramps results in smoother shifts up and down and also increases the life of the rings. Another huge benefit is whether your chainring gearing gap is 14t or 16t, you'll get flawless shifting. It shifts as well as a 'Race' (53/39) chainring combo!

Sram Force cranksets with GXP bottom brackets are designed for use with:
Chains: Sram 10 speed power chains PC 1090R, PC 1090, PC 1070 and Shimano 10 speed chains.
Cranks are only compatible with GXP bottom brackets and Powerglide Chainrings by Truvativ.

The Force crankset is available in 170mm, 172.5mm, and 175mm crank lengths.
