Shimano’s Ultegra BR-R8000 Brake Calipers are light yet rigid dual-pivot caliper brakes designed to enhance braking power. The brake arch structure is optimized for dialed control and the ergonomic positioning of the outer cable stop position alleviates friction in the cable routing. The brake shoes can be toed-in to custom specifications and the spring tension is adjustable as well, ensuring each rider’s individual needs are met. Equipped with wider clearance, these brake calipers can accommodate the ever expanding population of cyclists sporting wider rims and larger tires.
