The group offers a broad spectrum of drivetrain range options, and supports the latest trail and recreational bikes with bigger tyres, wider hub flange spacing, or both. The new and improved Shimano SLX M7100 has been redesigned from the ground up, and is built to perform in any situation. Shimano’s new SLX 1×12 crankset features HOLLOWTECH II technology with an integrated Bottom bracket axle and hollow crank arms. Crank length options of 165mm, 170mm, and 175mm are available. Chainrings come with Dynamic Chain Engagement+ tooth profile. With its narrow/wide teeth this aids chain retention and smoothness and quietness of the drive train. The chainring is mounted with a direct mount system, making fitting fast and secure.
