Completely new recipe. The compound also for the tires of the Performance Line, more grip, more speed, more mileage. Schwalbe achieved this with a new mixing process in which the components for the production of the rubber compound can be added more precisely.

Micro Skin
The patented construction consists of a high-strength micro fabric that is vulcanized together with the rubber compound and the carcass. Similar to Snake Skin on MTB tires, Micro Skin encases the entire carcass and makes problem-free Tubeless Easy operation possible, even for high-pressure tires. This makes the tire tubeless drivable. The use of sealing milk is required.
TLE – Tubeless Easy
TLE tires are specially designed for tubeless use without tube and thus offer by far the best performance. No confusion: All 2020 One road bike tires are clearly marked as “TLE” or “TUBE ONLY” tires by additional labels.
Race Guard
Double layered fabric under the tread. Ideal puncture protection when a tire should be fast and light above all. 2 ply crossed nylon weave, 67 EPI carcass.
Note: Due to the optimised tire construction for modern rims, the dimensions of the new Schwalbe One can be larger when mounted on conventional narrow rims!
